Researchers and students often use the WRQoL scale as part of their project or investigations. We are continually developing our scale and have put together a list of research topics we are interested in. In return for being able to add your data to our benchmarks we will provide you with a formatted WRQoL questionnaire, the scoring system and a user manual.
Sounds good, what do I have to do?
We are interested in the data from just about any group of workers from around the world. Have a look at the list below to possibly see research ideas you we are particularly interested in. If you can provide us with access to 500 or more participants we will even setup up an online survey for you. Contact us if you would like to know more.
What projects are you currently interested in?
We are working on the construct validity of an enhanced version of the WRQoL scale. To do this we need to know how the WRQoL scale correlates with other related and unrelated scales. We are especially interested in WRQoL and:
- Burnout
- Work engagement
- Job satisfaction
- Personality scales
- Intelligence tests
- Productivity measures
- Large scale samples of Nurses, Police, Military personnel.
What do I get for helping?
You receive access to the WRQoL scale and supporting resources through our downloads section. Your data will be added to our benchmark data set and we may use it in a future research publication (which will acknowledge your help) ...and of course you will receive our grateful thanks!
I am not a researcher can I still take part with my organisation?
Our general rule of thumb is that if you get paid for providing the survey to an organisation then we will charge you to use the scale. If however you have access to a very large pool of participants (1000 or more) we will be happy to negotiate with you, although we reserve the right to try and sell you an excellent detailed, full colour report afterwards!
