Relationships | Whether there is conflict; whether the employee has experienced bullying or harassment at work |
Managerial Support | The level of support from managers and the organisation |
Demands | The level of workload pressures and whether these are manageable |
Control | Basic aspects of control e.g. pace of work, breaks |
Change | The impact of change; whether change is managed and communicated effectively |
