Dear researcher, these scales are provided on the basis described in our downloads introduction page. We are continually improving our scale translations and we would be happy to work with you if you would like to test one of our scales or to produce a further translation.

WRQoL-2 Scale

The 32-item second edition of the WRQoL scale has better psychometric properties than the original scale and is now available for testing. The 32 item version of the WRQoL-2 contains all of the original WRQoL 1 scale questions. QBI questions

The QoWL Biographical Information set of questions is widely used alongside the WRQoL scale. Use these if you want to compare between studies.

QWWO questions

The QoWL Workplace Wellbeing Outcome questions are a set of outcome measures that the WRQoL scale factors are often used to predict.

 

HSE Management Standards Stress Scale

The UK Health and Safety Executive's Management Standards Indicator Tool is used around the world to assess stress at work. We often use the 35 questions from this scale to complement the WRQoL set of questions. Use these if you want to compare between studies.
