Our survey services are available to all organisations, of any size, and across all sectors. However, we can also offer a free survey and reporting service for qualifying organisations.

To qualify for the free survey your organisation must:

• Have staff or members able to complete the survey online
• Be able to survey at least 500 people
• Have staff who can fill in the questionnaire in British English (Welsh, American English and Indian English versions are also available at a cost)
• Agree that QoWL will own the data and that only a summary will be provided to you

In return we will:

• Take you through the survey process and advise you on how to achieve the best response rates
• Provide you with template emails with embedded links you can use for marketing
• Collect the data and deal with any online survey problems
• Analyse the data from your employees
• Provide you with a summary report, which is an overview of the results from the quality of working life survey of your employees
