HWI: Home-Work Interface

Home-Work Interface reflects the extent to which the employer is perceived to support family and home life.

This factor explores the interrelationship between home and work life domains.  It examines how these two life contexts influence one another.  Issues that influence employee HWI include adequate facilities at work, flexibile working hours and the understanding of managers.
