We are very sorry if you have experienced a problem with one of our online surveys. The vast majority of the thousands of people who complete our surveys each year do not have a problem, but we understand how frustrating it can be if it happens to you.

Our survey engine is powered by SurveyMonkey. We have used their services for a number of years and have found them to be very reliable, and their servers are able to deal with many thousands of responses.

If you are having trouble completing the survey, the most likely issue is that there is a problem with your internet connection. In very many cases the problem is resolved by trying again an hour or a day later.

The SurveyMonkey service requires computers to have javascript and cookies turned on. Most computers do have both enabled, but occasionally with very high security settings you may need to amend these to access the survey. To find out more about these issues, click here.
