Developing and implementing policy workshop. Training for those such as HR advisers, Health & Safety and Occupational Health professionals tasked with developing and implementing stress and wellbeing policies that will enable a better quality of working life.

Strategic management of QoWL, stress and wellbeing at work. This training focuses on the needs of senior managers such as Deans and Heads of Department, who have a key leadership role in managing risks from stress and ill-health at work. Senior managers will be equipped frameworks that enable a strategic approach to improving quality of working life in faculties and departments.

Management of QoWL, stress and wellbeing at work. This training focuses on the needs of those with line management responsibility such as senior lecturers. The emphasis is on practical tools for dealing with day to day stress issues and techniques to improved wellbeing for direct reports.

Training for QoWL / wellbeing champions. This is specific training for those tasked with facilitating improvements to quality of working life in their part of the organisation. The training includes action planning tools and practical advice on evaluation. This can be combined with strategic management training where Deans and Heads of Department have this ‘champion’ role.

Stress management training for individuals. Here the emphasis is on what individuals can do to prevent and reduce stress at work and improve their own wellbeing. The training is very practical and provides a menu of tools and techniques that employees can choose from. Where the organisation has a policy on quality of working life, stress and wellbeing, this training includes raising awareness of the practical aspects of the policy e.g. support structures.
